Yet another warning about those ‘you’ve just won €1m in our lotto’ scams.
A couple from Maderia Woods were among those who received this kind of unexpected news on Monday morning of this week from a joint SpanishDutch international Lotto group.
In this case, their ‘win’ was ‘seven hundred and thirty-four thousand, three hundred and thirty-eight euros only.’
One of the requirements about claiming the fantastic prize is, of course, that you must provide details of your bank account blah blah blah.
“Bin this rubbish!”, was the couple’s sound advice.
